Added dialogue system!
Old levels visual polish & 1 brand new level with tile destroying & water!
Rough functional Load level buttons in Load level menu item in Main menu.
Fixed ramp fly bug, character movement works as intended.
Other small changes.
Latest 10.08.23 version is only in WebGL build
